I just had my second interview and the first interviewer was a lot harder to read and a little bit more dry, while the second was more personable and felt more like a conversation. The questions were kind of similar, but one focused more on kind of "negative" experiences (tell me about a mistake type stuff) while the second asked me more personal questions. As someone who is terrible at interviewing, I was very nervous (despite spending weeks preparing for this). Both faculty members were so kind and made me feel comfortable. Overall, it was very conversational and my biggest advice is for you not to stress too much. I absolutely loved the format and how they truly care about getting to know you as a person. When I eventually got the acceptance, I was in Target looking at toys with my daughter. Wasn’t expecting it then. So go out and do something, anything really.
