how do i apply to both the NUMC and Bay Shore campus? there is only one section on caspa for both long island campus. I payed supplemental fees for both. Do I write the 6-digit number for both campuses on one supplemental form or submit two separate forms for both campus under the Touro College - Long Island documents section? I hope what I am asking is clear.

I don’t have the exact day I submitted but I got my confirmation that they received my application on 05/18
