Can this be billed with both 99395 and 99213

Reasonable question. 
actually would bill the preventative code and 99214 or 99215 based on time or complexity. 
 

rev and I disagree sometimes 

 

 

my big question is why the heck did you get tsh. T3. T4.   Was a T3 or T4 secreting tumor in your Ddx?
