Psychiatry Salary Comparisons

Will be renegotiating my salary with my employer soon. I work in outpatient psychiatry in CA, FT telepsych from home. Love what I do, but am also wanting to make sure my salary remains competitive. Is anyone willing to share details of their contract negotiations? 

I know about the PA salary report, but those numbers are always significantly lower than what I would be asking for, so it has always been unhelpful.

I was offered 125K as a new grad in outpatient psych on the east coast. I do have a background in mental health.

Honestly you should be on RVU scale.  Hard to say salary but 50-70% collections is amazing.  40-50% is okay.
