sou12
Hello everyone I hope all is well. I have a question and I was wondering if I can get some answers. A patient offered to write me a letter of recommendation. She has been under by care for about a year now. She is also a retired nurse. Would this letter be acceptable? I feel like she can write me a very strong letter. Also I know most schools would like a letter from an advisor or professor but I had a hard time building connections with them. However I did have an academic advisor for my sorority would this be okay for an academic letter if I ask her for one?

I guess I would classify it as a RN letter or do you have any recommendations? My other letters would be from a MD, APRN, and my manager. You should be getting a professor who can talk about your academic abilities. Schools want to see you can make it through their program. They are getting enough of your clinical aptitude and soft skills from three other LOR.
Elena1234
I would definately use it IF you have all the other more important other letters. I would do it as an extra one.
