Has anyone encountered any women having abnormal uterine bleeding issues after the full vaccine protocol?

To listen to the skeptics, they're all dropping dead of hemorrhaging.

I have heard nothing firsthand from any of the women (patients, family, or friends) who would be inclined to tell me of such things.

Good afternoon, My sister in law is getting a complete hysterectomy in 2 days.  HX of heavy bleeding and fibroid uterus.  She is 57 and doesn't go to dr. regularly.  Had Covid and the vaccine with booster.  Recently started on Fe infusions when Hgb got to 7.   Found at pre op labs.  Now up to 11.  Her GYN said that there have been other patients post vaccine that have had heavy periods since getting the vaccine and lots of breakthrough mid cycle bleeds.   I haven't looked for any studies yet.  You are the first to respond to my post.  Enjoy your weekend.  Tom

I've heard of some minor changes in menstruation, mostly timing related. A large, recent trial found a difference of only 1 day between vaccinated vs unvaccinated. This was likely related to immune response as opposed to the actual vaccine itself. Study Here.

You have to consider that 216 million Americans are fully vaccinated at this point, so it isn't surprising that a GYN would see patients post vaccine with bleeding irregularities, but I doubt it actually exceeds the baseline amount one would see. I have been seeing a lot of people with heart failure and acute kidney injuries post vaccine, but that is because I see those people anyway regardless of vaccination status.

It does appear there are a few trials going on looking at this, though.
