Pay for being on call

So, I’ve been a PA for 12 years. For the first time, I’m interviewing for a position where I’d be on call at nights and on weekends (rotating with another person).  What is a reasonable rate for call for a week night and for weekends? I’m sure locality matters - job is in Delaware, but any data is helpful. When I was in the Pac NW, my friends on call got 250/ weekend. That included phone calls and going into the hospitals. This is just handling whatever situations are called in, not going to the hospitals. So far

really depends on location, specialty, and call responsibility (phone only vs come in within 20 min, etc).

I have gotten as little as $5/hr for a whole weekend to as much as $300/day.

Long Island area for private practice surgical group: 50% of hourly rate for on call (performing telemedicine, phone, hospital calls, consults etc etc) but then 100% if you have to physically go to hospital. If its just answering post-op phone calls and entering orders then I'm sure its different.

I take call as a 1099 for $75/day doing phone support only, so $225/weekend. It's split six ways, so I often don't have a 'call' weekend in a given month, and is thus very tolerable.

Call weekend in TX pays typically about 400 to take call calls, if you go in see pt, do procedures should be about $1500-2000 for the weekend. Weekday overnight phone only $100

I work in Neurosurgery at a Level 1 trauma center in Central Florida. I get paid $900/call shift which on weekdays is 3pm-7am. On weekends the pay is the same but is a 12hr shift 7a-7p or 7p-7a depending if you're night or day. This involves being at the hospital, and possibility of emergent procedures such as EVDs or emergent surgery. 

Day call on weekdays is part of base salary because it's considered normal working hours but you're only focused on call and nothing else 7a-3pm.
