Looks like NPs are going for full payment parity.  It would be a trivial amendment to get PAs in at the same time... It makes more sense in our case, since we have to pay docs for oversight, while NPs do not.

Any WAPA members heard anything about this?

I'm a new WAPA member and haven't heard anything about this. I'm a PA-S1 so just dipping my toes in learning about advocacy for PA's here in Washington. The most recent news I've heard was that next year there is a bill being proposed to expand PA's scope of practice in WA.

FYI I believe that WAPA advocated to have PAs added to the payment parity bill and PAs are officially on the bill as well.
