Moderator ventana Posted August 15, 2012 Moderator Share Posted August 15, 2012 Does anyone that practices in MASS have copies of their supervision agreements (supervision, clincial guidelines, and prescribing) that they could share with me? I am opening my own business and I thought I had kept copies of past agreements but can't seem to find them will be in internal medicine/geriatrics. jdtpac Posted August 15, 2012 Share Posted August 15, 2012 I do not practice in your state but I would imagine you should be able to get that from your medical board. In Ohio the medical board has to share these documents would you on request because they are public record.
