comPAssionatecamel
Hello, My program has our last quarter between my longest break in my curriculum, and my first rotation. This break is slowly creeping up on me soon so I was wondering what anyone suggested students should do during this break in terms of clinicals? Since it's three weeks, should we be preparing more than resting? I was going to do some major wedding planning before getting back in but is there anything else rotation related I should take into consideration, knowing the only other break is only a week long prior to my first site? Thanks
Aunt Val
Maybe others will chime in with advice, but I would say use your break to do a little of all three things you mentioned (rest, wedding planning, and preparing for your first rotation). If you can get ahead of the game with studying for your first rotation, you'll be thankful for it afterward. But wedding planning is important too! Aunt Val
I just went back and reread your original post. Maybe I misunderstood the timing of your breaks. If you still have a quarter of didactic left, focus on that and your wedding. No need to start studying for rotations quite yet I would say.
