They are traditional. More like talking to a friend very chill. Everyone that interviewed said the same thing. And Yes there is a writing portion. They email you the question and link and you do it. It's mostly an opinionated question. Nothing difficult. They just want to know if you can form sentences and also thinking at the spot. Don’t worry, and try to relax and prep up for the next interview.
