Just got the acceptance email! I interviewed 9/24 in the afternoon group. Putting down my seat deposit ASAP. Can’t wait to meet everyone!

Just received an acceptance! I'm so elated and humbled. Looking forward to meeting my fellow classmates. 

 

If it's any consolation, my wife is a PA who applied 3 times before she got in. Everyone's journey is different. Keep hope alive. Feel free to message me if I can help anyone.

Just received a interview invite this morning, absolutely shocked interview date set for 11/19

I received my acceptance email today! I interviewed in the morning group on 9/24.

Does anyone know if someone from the program will create a Facebook group for admitted students or if it's up to us to create one? I've heard of programs that make their own group so I am not sure. I can definitely make one if it's up to the students though!

Haven't heard anything from Radford since around July 16 when they notified me that my application was complete and put in the queue for review. Super exciting time for those of you who have received acceptances from programs already, but a little frustrating or disheartening for those of us still waiting to hear anything at all...I wonder when they will be done interviewing.

i was wondering the same, I know some people are creating groupmes to get to know those who got accepted  and made the facebook pages themselves for other programs !

A current student DM'd me to let me know that the current first year students will be creating an official FB group for us closer to when the cycle is over, but I would definitely be open to creating a GroupMe just to get to know everyone before then!

I would love to have a groupme or something right now, before they make the facebook!

Yes! I would definitely be interested in starting a group me! I think it would make it a great way for all of us to get to know each other a bit before hand.

Hi all. I just wanted to offer some help and encouragement. You are SO MUCH MORE than your application status. This is just a small blip in light of eternity. I'll be praying for us all as our worth is tied to our professions and what we do. 

On another note, if there are any veterans (anyone who has served in an American military service and was honorably/generally discharged) the VA's HPSP scholarship is accepting applications. I've applied and have been accepted. They are ONLY offering spots to veteran PA students.

There are other options for students to apply for positions with the federal government for loan repayment or scholarship separate from the NHS program.

How long does radford continue to interview? I applied towards the beginning of the cycle and never heard anything at all besides the receipt of application  email back in July

I just got a phone call earlier this week and I applied in August. They invited me to interview on the 11th of January so I know they are still interviewing.

Hi guys! I just declined my seat at RUC to attend another program, hopefully this opens a spot for someone else. It was wonderful to "meet" and talk with many of you. Good luck to everyone throughout the rest of the application process as well as during PA school!
