PAEA stopped their monitoring policies for end of rotation exams. My school currently requires live video monitoring for EORE, but I have heard that other programs are not monitored. Just trying to get a census on which programs are monitored and which aren't before we present to our school that comparing our scores to students who can utilize open book/note/internet searches isn't the best method. Just to clarify I don't plan on asking the program to stop monitoring. I plan on asking them to re-evaluate their scoring methods. I think everyone should be proctored.

Not being proctored ≠ having an open book exam and/or cheating

Also, some might interpret your argument as saying "if we aren't proctored we are also going to cheat so that we can have the same scores as the other cheaters." Not a great argument.

I don't plan on asking them to stop proctoring us. I think everyone should be proctored. I am going to ask them to compare our scores against eachother since we can validate we are being monitored.

Also, I wasn't just assuming they were cheating or using open books. I was personally told by students that this was the case. Anyone who is cheating now is only hurting themselves when it comes time to take the PANCE and honestly sacrificing our reputation as a profession and hurting patient care. I just want our program to not fail out students unnecessarily because of something they may not be aware of.
