That tells me that the interviews are full for September and that we should expect to get an invitation for the second round of interviews in October. The email sounds very encouraging in my opinion. I received this email from them on 9/1 (for reference I received my interview RSVP on 8/23). It was also the email that broke down the itinerary for the day. I felt like the 15 mins allocated for the writing prompt was more than plenty to write a good thorough response. The prompt itself was very straightforward.
