Does anyone know when in June MSU is planning to send out the link to supplemental applications?

I’m not sure myself but the website does say “MSUCOM supplemental application (Invitations to complete Secondary Applications will be sent to applicants after June 2021)”

Hopefully sooner than later!

Do we need to take the CASPer before sending in our CASPA application to be considered? A little confused about this so if someone could clarify, I would appreciate it!

Per MSU’s website: “All applicants who are invited for an interview will be required to take the CASPer test.”

Hello all,

For those that have submitted your applications, how did you format you CV/resume. I have a couple questions regarding the CV/resume:

1. I feel like it is very similar to the experiences section for CASPA, so did you repeat all the info?

2. Did you include some of your top experiences or all of them?

3. Is a one-page CV/resume sufficient?

Thank you for answering my questions, good luck!

I uploaded a CV and included all of my experiences, listing them from what I believe to be most relevant to least relevant. I applied to another program that actually outlined the format for us and what to include, so I used that when drafting my CV.  If you’re doing a resume, I would stick to one page. For CV, it can be longer but I kept mine under 3 pages.

Are the secondary application due on a rolling basis?

Also, did you all already take the CASPER test or is there a separate invitation for that provided by the school?

I think they're rolling w/ deadline in February. As soon as you submit the supplemental they review your application file ig

For the part where it says to fill out our PA related clinical experiences are you guys writing the same thing as you did on the caspa application? And are you including shadowing or work you did with a doctor not a PA?

I’m writing the same thing as caspa. Including all clinical experiences and shadowing whether with a PA or not.

For those who received an interview is it in person or zoom?

It’s on Zoom! The only offered dates were 9/27, 9/28, and 9/30 I believe. Once you pick a date, they follow up with a time and interviewer name. Haven’t received the follow-up email yet but I know that’s the protocol.
