I am going to be an applicant to the next cycle and was wondering how many of those accepted are a resident of Louisiana? I know a large preference is given to those from Louisiana and being that I am coming from out for state, I am not sure if it'll be worth completing for 1 or 2 nonresident spots. Thanks! I think in our class there is 5-6 from out of state but most seemed to have connections to Louisiana through work/grad school/family from what i gathered. It is possible! But majority are from Louisiana. But if you have a good application it's worth the try, the school is really great so far!
