2021-2022 Physician Assistant Application Cycle

Recommended Posts

Good luck to the all the 2021-2022 applicants! Starting this thread for people like myself looking for some additional info as the new cycle opens up....does anyone have any info on the ARF form and rate at which they approve these? Or what they typically base approvals upon? This is the only school I've come across that requires physics, and I'm just wondering what the odds are that I could get this waived, at least conditionally, if I've taken x amount of science/math courses.....

I have:

Calculus, Stats, Gen Chem I and II with lab, Orgo I and II with lab, biochem, microbiology with lab, TA for microbiology, human anatomy and phys I and II, plus an extra semester of A and p II from Cornell (they only offered a combined semester), Genetics, Psych, Neuroscience....

Would any of this make a difference? Thanks to anyone who can provide additional insight!

I received an interview invite on Friday, but with an acceptance and additional interviews coming up, I have decided to give up my interview spot. I hope those of you that are waitlisted for an interview hear something soon!

I also was put on GR's alternate list. Based on the posts from past application cycles, it could be as late as January until we know if we're admitted or not. It just depends on when others accept or reject their offers.

I'd be interested to know how many people are put on the alternate list each year, too.

Hoping for the best!
