SERENITY NOW
Hello all, Anybody know if we can use uptodate CME towards the 'specialty specific' CME requirements for the CAQ? I'm in EM and all of my uptodate searches are EM specific so I'd imagine it would be okay...? I've tried searching the NCCPA website and googling without success. Any help is appreciated~ -SN
Administrator rev ronin Posted March 19, 2021 Administrator Share Posted March 19, 2021 I don't see why not, you just have to parse it out yourself. You can redeem CME credits in different ways on different certificates, so I started breaking out, for example, psych drug lookups and downloaded them on one certificate, and logged that lump sum on the NCCPA tracker as psychiatry-CAQ relevant. I don't think I've ever done that with EM stuff, in part because I have tons of EM CME.
