grafn2
Hello! I plan on applying to PA schools this cycle. I am planning on taking the GRE, but I did already take the MCAT last July. I was debating between PA and medical school, but ultimately decided PA school was the best decision for me. I know some PA schools accept MCAT scores, but I also know it is not the best idea as they might assume I am applying to PA school as a second choice (which I am not). I guess part of me wants to submit my MCAT regardless because I studied for 8+ months and feel like it was a waste if I don't. I scored a 515 in July 2020, which put me in the 92nd percentile. I guess I am wondering if that score is "good enough" to submit and them know PA school is not my second choice, or if it is better for me to just not submit it. Thank you! Janie55
I wouldn’t submit the MCAT score as I think schools would feel they would be your second plan. If a particular school says they accept it, then I’d be more willing to submit it to that school specifically.
