Wouldn't it be 6 seats left for PA only? I believe they said there are only 41 seats total for PA only, not 50.

There are 12 PA spots left! 9 PA/MPH from last year filled 9 of the 50 total spots so there are 41 spots for PA only students, and there have been 38 total acceptances thus far including those 9 PA/MPHers from last year. 🙂 source: I asked the VP of my class who assigns mentors this morning 🙂

@amandaaa22 Do you know when they make final decisions as to who will fill the available spots?

I believe the last interview day is next Wednesday and then they'll keep adding people until the full 50 person class is full. Some people who got acceptances are going to end up going elsewhere, etc., so I bet more spots are going to open up beyond those currently available!

Hello! Pretty late to the forum, but I was wondering if any PA/MPH candidates have heard any word yet? I read higher in the forum that they would have decisions out by the end of September but there has been no word of acceptance/interview/rejection and I'm anxious about the timeline. Any help is greatly appreciated! (:

Nope! 😫 dying from the suspense. Last interview day for them is tomorrow, hopefully we hear back something after tomorrow.

They said in the interview yesterday that the admissions committee is not meeting until next week for both groups of interview, so I believe we will all hear late next week!

How did it go? 😄 I know 9 MPH students are already occupying seats and I feel like already at least 10-15 (or more) students have been offered a spot. All in all I feel like there are probably 50 - 9 - 15 = around 26 seats left. But also important to take into account that some accepted students may decline the offer so some spots may open up.

I think it went well! 😄🤞It was an extremely positive and comfortable interview experience!

Officially rejected 9/17/21 without an interview.

Congrats to everyone accepted! 🙂 Looks like this year's class was even more competitive (3.72 GPA up from 3.64 and 3569 avg PCE up from 3000)

Me too!! I guess they are really competitive… 3.8 GPA and I have over 10,000 critical care hours and I’m an ecmo specialist… max amount of life support any patient can have…

Any idea of when they’d be meeting this week? Earlier on or later?
