Depends on facility and area of PC.  ACC in a N. Texas setting was not my cup of tea.  Got dumped on by specialty clinics not infrequently.  It also depends on whether you have rotating residents or not from a local med school.  The residents missed a lot and were the best at dumping.

So basically no different than working in the ER....
