Employee Wellness Chat Support Specialist

Zero Hour Health is looking for a part-time, contracted, hourly chat support specialist to help keep employees healthy at their workplaces. As a chat support specialist, you’ll respond to employee texts, and occasionally calls, to determine what their symptoms are or if they’ve had exposure to someone ill, and how long they should be kept out of work. You’ll also answer any questions from managers and corporate reps about workplace health and employee wellness.

Must be a Registered Nurse, Physician's Assistant, or hold another similar clinical certification.

Available shifts are generally during the day, from 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm EST. Shifts available Mon-Sat and some on Sunday, though additional shifts are regularly added and available to pick up. Flexibility in schedule is required, as our shifts and needs changed based on client volume. This role includes a minimum of 2 shifts per week (10-16 hours total), with the opportunity to pick up more shifts as they become available.

I honestly just don't have much fight left in me anymore, think I am crispy with COVID issues, keeping a practice afloat and stupid stuff like this.  Please let AAPA realize we are dying in the trenches (and  AAPA is trying hard) and fix this .

I don't think they are trying very hard - they dragged their feet the whole year on title change, meanwhile NPs got independence in Florida and Cali passed

another one, not as bad till you read the description and realize the 80-90k per year is a total insult in comparison to the 200k+ they have to pay the doc....  The spelling errors are theres - as well as the  's which is wrong in the state.....  And since when does NP, PA, RN all fill the same roll????

Just get ready for Physician's associate. But at least we get to keep the acronym and everybody know what a PA is. 🤣

PA - The Acronym Profession.

I will never call myself an associate......NEVER EVER EVER.  They paid a million bucks in the study and got their response...Medical Care Practitioner.  If they don't take that advice then to hell with them.

What amazes me the most is there are some people who disagree with MCP,  suddenly became expert statistician, branding/marketing research guru and think WPP, a world wide billion dollars marketing research company is a complete garage and don't know what they are doing.

Honestly I think AAPA has a responsibility to state how much of an expert in the field this company is.  This is the real deal big game company.  It only shows your own limited cerebral capacity if you think that this study is anything other then top notch expert advice.

It’s a point of sadness for me when people call out state and national orgs not doing anything when they don’t actually know what’s being done. And a good amount of these people are probably not even paying membership dues.

Direct payment is huge for sure.
