futurePA5359
I would lean toward Loma Linda given the smaller class size. During didactic year it makes it easier to get in contact with professors for additional help when needed and the university also really focuses on getting you and your cohort through. With a large class size like western, I feel that some students may not get as much help as they need. Also, during the clinical year many of my friends at western/friends who have graduated from western, say that because of the large class size they sometimes rotate with multiple PA students at one site and sometimes even with DO students from western. With multiple students at one site, they had felt that they didn't have as much exposure to patient care as they wanted.
