Recommended Posts

Hi everyone, upon finishing undergrad, I discovered the PA and wish to make it as my profession. However, I know little to nothing about the application process. Despite having the heart, which I am almost everyone here do, I am extremely lost. any advice and tips will be helpful for a post grad trying to make it in the PA world! Please and thank you!

My advice:

-look at this forum

-pick a PA school in your area and go to their website. Not all schools have the same prerequisites, but there is some similarity. That will at least scope the classwork you may still need.

-Contact the PA society in your state and find a PA you can talk to about the job, etc.

-Think about what kind of job you could get that would let you get healthcare work experience.

Appreciate your help so much! The third tip is especially helpful. If you have any other advice please don't hesitate to share them, and thank you once again!!
