stellalee Posted September 26, 2020 Share Posted September 26, 2020 Hi, My name is Stella and I am a Pre-PA student looking for shadowing opportunities and mentors. I live in the Boston area and was wondering if there are any PAs in the area that would allow me to shadow or connect with. I totally understand that under the current circumstances a lot of medical locations are prohibiting shadowing which is okay and I am looking to apply in the 2022-2023 cycle anyway. I graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and I currently work as a Ophthalmic Technician. I would also greatly appreciate any advice as to how to find PAs to shadow. I have been thinking about contacting them through LinkedIn and email but a lot of PAs don't have their emails listed on their websites and I find it rude to just call out of the blue since they are busy people.
