I've heard it's a good idea to get one from a PA, a professor, and basically use your best judgment for the other. I'm planning on getting one from an orthopedic surgeon I interned with and hopefully the PA I'm currently shaowing. I haven't taken any of my science classes in the last 3 years so I'm not sure if asking them would make much sense seeing as how they might not remember me.
