I am applying for licensing and am wondering, do I need to disclose a juvenile arrest? It was over 16 years ago and I was under the impression that those records were sealed. On a side note, I am licensed by the same state medical board as an MRT and don't recall it ever coming up on the FBI background check. DizzyJ Posted September 1, 2020 Share Posted September 1, 2020 The best answer would be to disclose it, because if you knowingly don't disclose and the board finds out (if it does show on your background check), that could be an automatic loss of license. We fulfilled all of the requirements from the judge. I disclosed it to NCCPA and for state licensing. No one has ever contacted my about it.
