eajohnson
I have been working in EMS since 2002 so obviously all that time is recorded under patient care experience/healthcare. I have recently been promoted to Shift supervisor/Captain and now I will be more of an adjunct care provider mainly just assisting the field medics on high level calls like cardiac arrest, multi-patient stuff etc. Would it be appropriate to list that under "Other healthcare" since I am still in healthcare just as a supervisor now and not routinely direct patient care? Or would this fall under the "leadership" category?
kepicsdm
I would put it in both healthcare and leadership. Make sure you list EMS and supervisor jobs as two separate ones to give yourself credit. In the end I think what matters is that its on your application. If you list it in healthcare just make sure to promote the leadership aspect of it where it asks for a description! :)
