Administrator rev ronin Posted July 10, 2020 Administrator Share Posted July 10, 2020 https://wmc.wa.gov/sites/default/files/public/Newsletter/LegalActionsSummer2020.pdf Interestingly enough, they took a correctional PA to task for bad prisoner outcomes. One PA wrote Adderall for an ex, who says they never received them. Surprisingly, it doesn't seem to be the young, wet-behind-the-ears PAs who are getting spanked by the WA medical commission. ohiovolffemtp
Very interesting - much more monitoring of care provided than what I see in Ohio: https://med.ohio.gov/Portals/0/Regulation/Monthly Formal Action/June 2020 MFAL.pdf?ver=2020-07-01-153158-313 Ohio's medical board is much more concerned with punishing people for actions by other states' boards, substance abuse, or not complying with regulations such as CME.
