How did your interview go??

I think it went well! Everything went pretty smoothly. It was divided into two sections, a panel and then MMI. The panel was pretty quick and the MMI was on the longer side. Now the waiting begins lol. They said we’d hear back “in the upcoming months”

Oh great! I'm glad it went well. They said the same to us. Hopefully we hear back soon.

Got an interview for this upcoming Monday! Any tips from those who have already had theirs? Thanks!

Congrats! Can I ask when you submitted your application and was verified? I was only recently verified last week, but it is nice to kind of put some sort of timeline on everything!

Thank you! I submitted on 5/10, got verified on 5/26 and got an interview yesterday (7/15). Wish you the best of luck!

I'd say just be yourself and try not to let yourself get thrown off by any awkward silences or idle time due to the fact that it is a Zoom interview. I found that to be the most distracting to me during the interview because there are times where you are just sitting in front of your webcam for 10-15 min waiting for them to move you to the next part of the interview (you cant use your phone or access any other devices while you wait). You can really psyche yourself out during that time so I recommend just staying focused and confident if you can. Also, make sure to ask follow up questions if you don't understand a question or scenario at first. I misinterpreted one of the questions but I'm glad I asked clarifying questions before answering because otherwise my answer would have been slightly off base.
