advice for re applying, after having to turn down an acceptance lack of finances

I was previous accepted to a program, had to decline. At this time, I am ready to apply to the same school again. I believe I would have to re-write my narrative, but would I need to include reason for decline of acceptance as well.

Your school accepted you, but was unable to put together a financial aid package you could live with? Sounds a bit sub-optimal to me, unless it's your fault for having bad credit...

Thanks for your responses. I should have been clearer, I had declined the acceptance because my daughter was in her second year of her PA program. Currently, she will be entering her last year. I want to re-apply again and was just wandering if I could use the same Narrative or update it. I am hoping to get accepted again.

Update it. Using the same one says nothing important has changed in your life in a year, which is not a message I would recommend sending.
