2020-2021 Application Cycle

I think they are having problems with the portal. I was verified 5/15/20, got PA student portal access on 5/18/20, and submitted it 5/21/20. I submitted the gen app to UMKC grad program 5/8/20. As of this morning, the portal still hasn't synced (it syncs the gen app and PA supplemental app) so that my application can move to "in review" and this is with multiple emails and attempts to sync manually by someone at the SOM.

Yes I had problems with the portal as well. It finally shows “complete status” after saying incomplete for weeks (even though it was complete). Then I received an email saying I was missing a microbiology pre-req, but I am most certainly not! They seem to be having major IT issues.

Is anyone else unable to write answers to the UMKC Questions on the supplemental application? The boxes are there and the questions are visible to me, but it’s not letting me click on the box to type responses to the questions. I was wondering if anyone else had the same issue?

Hey! I found out that those are questions you’ve already answered on CASPA (their program materials). I emailed about this since I was confused too and they said that your replies to those questions would be blocked off but they would be able to view them on their end. Hope this helps!
