I know this is an older thread, but I was hoping to ask some current students about whether they have any info on Elm Campus housing? I am an incoming Class of 2024 student starting my housing search for August! I am currently most interested in their Prospect Garden, Sachem St, Ivy Manor, and Mansfield St apartments. However, they are not offering in-person tours so I am reaching out to see if there is more info on those apartments (ie, insulation for summer and winter months, water pressure, utilities, management, location, parking, etc.).
