63220 Posted October 30, 2020 Share Posted October 30, 2020 After hearing about the loss of clinical rotation areas, leaving students stranded, and the poor communicate, I am giving up my spot for the interview I have coming up. I have already been accepted to another PA program that has great communication and multiple clinical rotation sites. Hearing about the problems this school has kinda pushed me away. There was some hesitation due to comments earlier in the forum but I believe that this is the best option (thus far for me lol) as the program is long established, continued accredited, 24 months, and half the cost of attendance compared to other programs even as an out-of-state student. The comments about clinical sites put a bit of a damper on my excitement but just paid my deposit with confidence. LHU has always been tied as my top choice for the exact reasons you mentioned. I've been seeing posts online about how PA schools are struggling with clinical sites because of Covid to the point that some students are suing their schools.
