Harold
Does anybody have any information regarding obtaining a state license and NCCPA certification S/P disciplinary actions? Are some states or organizations more forgiving than others?

You need to call the NCCPA first I expect, because NCCPA certification is a prerequisite for most if not all state licensing.
Reality Check 2
I second Rev. Call NCCPA and put together a cogent timeline with dates and specifics, no emotion or commentary. Collect all data from your state licensing agency and any court documents or orders. Don't go into details here on this site. Or - contact an employment attorney. sas5814
OK I know I could look it up but the NCCPA is a certifying organization. They take your money and give you a test. How would disciplinary action be any of their business? The above info is correct. Keep your cards close to your chest and seek professional advice.
