WorldPA
Hello, I've been working in essentially a suboxone clinic for almost 12 months now, however I have 7 years experience as a PA. I started working as an independent contract at $50 an hour, in order to get my foot in the door. Recently, I started renegotiation of my wage and he's offering 20% for a cash clinic. What do you think?
Mib3006
How many patients are you seeing per hour?
WorldPA
I'm in the process of condensing my day, so I would say 2-4patients/hour over about 4-5 hours.
Mib3006
$50 is ok if you're only seeing 2 an hour, otherwise way too low for how much you're earning them. Counter $80, take $70.
Mayamom
Off topic can you tell me about your job? I am taking the on line MAT waiver training currently (boring....)

AbeTheBabe
Ya 20% is way too low. 1/3 for you, 1/3 for overhead, 1/3 for him. He still makes plenty off you.
