Rmweiss Posted January 25, 2020 Share Posted January 25, 2020 Hi all. I am part of a decent sized ER group that went from a few PA’s 20 years ago to over 40 recently. We are looking at potentially forming a PA committee or “executive team” to help maintain a strong and healthy group and to assist with managerial / administrative issues. As we are forming this leadership group new, I am wondering what other similar sized groups have done from an organizational stand point. Thanks.
