Most employers wants at least one year of dermatology experience which I don’t have. However I have diagnosed and treated many common skin conditions. Unfortunately, I fell in love with dermatology.I'm hoping that there is still some sort of way for me to realize my dream of becoming a dermatologist (I realize that doing derm research during IM residency may be very difficult to do).
