LP2019PA
Has anyone worked a job where they were paid on a fee schedule? Like you're paid based on your productivity (ie: how many patients you see and how well you document). Or know anyone that has? Thoughts about it? Comments..? I'm considering a position that is structured this way..
Moderator ventana Posted January 16, 2020 Moderator Share Posted January 16, 2020 if it is fair is a great deal PA's take home 38% of collections doc take home 53% collections if you could get to these numbers for the do (or even close) you would be rocking it ir 45% of collections (Yup i know you said fee schedule, but you need to drive it off collections)

LP2019PA
Hmm, I guess there's more for me to learn on this topic.. (ie: collections?..) Thanks for the input! It's a wound care position with patients in various nursing homes, so I think the only insurances will be Medicare/Medicaid.
