Indeed.com, put in the separate cities and that should give you a good indication. HospitalRecruiting Posted March 7, 2014 Share Posted March 7, 2014 I'm sure most jobs in Chicago receive more applications than jobs in St. Louis. Since it's a little harder for St. Louis to attract applicants, the jobs probably pay a little better and therefore St. Louis is probably the better job market.
