col301
Hi Everyone, now that SB 697 passed (congrats california and thanks everyone that helped make this happened!), what needs to be done in our practices/clinics to reflect the new law? I know that CAPA has a post on it but since i'm not a current member I'm unable to read the article. Is there a template somewhere on how to write a "practice agreement?" This essentially nullifies the delegation of services correct? So our group would need to have the new agreement in place for the new year. Any help would be appreciated thanks! AbeTheBabe
Did you get any emails from CAPA about it? There are information materials and sample practice agreements on their website I was able to view even though I'm not a current member. I just needed to log in. Hope2PA
Maybe as each state chapter shows motivation to make advances for the profession, those that benefit from their work will pay the fee and join to help support future progress.
