I read case files for FM and IM before taking those respective shelf exams.  They're pretty good shelf prep....for books.  Not really interactive though.  LECOM promotes www.humandx.org heavily and encourages us to use it...which I do....along with all the other Qbanks and things.

Medscape360 will email you quizzes weekly which cover a very broad range of subjects which would be a terrific thing to do if you practice FM/IM.  Any things you aren't solid on should be subjects you study if you want to grow as a provider.

What would be nice would be those interactive cases that we had to take before PANRE was PANRE as part of the certification examination where you used a revealing marker to work your way through case histories.  You could ask/order/diagnosis whatever you wanted as you worked your way through and it would tell you whether you killed the patient, saved the day, or ended up in a courtroom (made the last one up).  I seem to recall that it would tell you if you were WAY off base as well.  Ahhh, good 'ol day syndrome strikes again.
