Randito Posted October 5, 2019 Share Posted October 5, 2019 I’m looking at a couple of different job offers and wondering if anybody knows if time and a half is standard for hourly employees in CA? I’m finishing up fellowship and my current group pays it after 8 hours, thus making a 12 hour shift quite a bit more valuable than a 10 hour shift. Any insight would be great. Thanks!
