Submitted 8/18, took CASPer exam 9/8, received email from CSM 9/23 that they had received CASPer scores and all other materials.

The email did say "If neither of these dates work for you, please let us know, we do have other dates that may work for you in the future." so maybe there are additional interview invites to give out.

Basic questions you would expect from reading up on the process.  Very laid back and very nice people.  They genuinely look for people who will succeed and demonstrate leadership and people skills qualities.  Nothing was threatening.  Yet, I was very prepared and am very comfortable with these types of situations.  Others may have a different view but in general everyone would likely agree this school has faculty that really care and appear willing to help those accepted succeed.  Good luck!

What were the panel interviews like? Did they ask any questions that you didn't expect?

The interviews were well conducted and laid back. A lot of the questions surrounded your own background and what you bring to the table as an applicant. They are all willing to help and make you successful as a PA and want to know if you bring the right qualities for the program. I wouldn't stress out too much, good luck!
