ctpa20
I'm in CASPA in Program Materials where my school choices are asking for me to assign a course for each of their prerequisites. Example: Organic chemistry/Biochemistry is one prerequisite. I received an A in Biochem and a B in Organic Chem. I would tend to put the class with the higher grade. Will it make a difference with the schools if I always chose the class in which I received the higher grade if I have more than one class that satisfies their prerequisites? Or, does it not matter? Also, do some schools have a specific GPA for their science prerequisites or do they just look at my overall science GPA. Thanks for everyone's help! Janie55
I would always put down the highest grade if you have a choice. You don’t know what the admissions committee is going to use your grades for, but you can surmise it is for some type of ranking/selection process. ctpa20
That was my thought process. I just hadn't read this advice anywhere. Thanks!
