I took genetics completely online through Doane (Nebraska) earlier this semester and I loved it. Very manageable working full time, and I felt like I learned a lot. FWIW I'm from Iowa, so I have no connection to Nebraska, Doane was just highly recommended on this site when I was looking for an online genetics class.
