Kgphysicianassistant
Hello, I am planning on applying for the 2019-2020 PA cycle. I have a 3.71 cGPA and 3.6 sGPA, 2000 PCE (nursing assistant and medical assistant), 100 hours of shadowing (dermatology), and 313 score on GRE. I however, do not have a significant number of volunteer hours. I volunteered here and there throughout college, but never truly stuck with anything. Is this going to have a large impact on my chances? Thanks
Potatolife
Your stats look great! Try to get around 100 volunteer hours and you should be good. I recommend volunteering in one place consistently. Since you're applying this cycle, find a place now that you can volunteer at every week or two. Having a consistent volunteer schedule with one organization is convenient and shows commitment!
