Try to go to Musculoskeletal Galaxy in June, pretty good for new grads or switching specialties to Ortho. I also recommend an ultrasound course with practice injections. Orthobullets is your best friend.

TN in June? Idk thats pretty hot, and Im not a fan of country music.  Actually I start prior to june so Idk Id like to get more now

Orthobullets.

Also MRI review- http://upload.orthobullets.com/journalclub/free_pdf/23203937_23203937.pdf

Finding the best instructor in your new clinic that will let you See one, Teach one, Do one and do as much as you can early on to learn  techniques and procedures. AAFP has excellent starter exams - example of shoulder https://www.aafp.org/afp/2000/0515/p3079.html

Good luck and have fun!!!!
