muraiken Posted January 14, 2019 Share Posted January 14, 2019 I am trying to determine if there are specific diagnosis codes that are covered under Medicare's eye exam coverage (medically necessary, non routine). I've looked at CMS LCD's etc but cannot find any info on specific diagnoses codes. Only info is that CMS covers medically necessary eye exams. They don't cover routine eye exams.
