In neurosurgery, the AANS puts on an annual weekend course for PA's and NP's with lectures, a hands-on skills workshop, and a radiology section. My husband is a radiologist and recommended it to me. https://www.med-ed.virginia.edu/courses/rad/ Radiopaedia is also a good reference, but I believe it is geared more toward looking up specific findings rather than overall teaching. This probably isn't exactly what you're looking for, but Radiology Masterclass (https://www.radiologymasterclass.co.uk/) would be a great adjunct to the UVA tutorials. It's a UK website, but there are solid tutorials, practice films with various pathologies, and some quizzes too.
